Entrance Scholarships for Applicants
BENEFITS:
*Free full tuition, L/F/D, and miscellaneous fees every term.
*Learning materials worth P2,000 per term available only at Mapúa MCL Bookstore.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Incoming Freshman student;
*belong to the top 5 academic honorees of most recent Mapúa MCL-SHS; or
*belong to the Top 5 Mapúa MCL Entrance Scholarship applicants selected based on: (1) the Mapúa MCL Entrance Examination rating of at least 80%; (2) Grade 12 1st Semester Weighted Average of at least 90%.
INITIAL REQUIREMENTS:
FOR Mapúa MCL-SHS ACADEMIC HONOREES TRACK:
*List of top 5 academic honorees of most recent Mapúa MCL-SHS certified by the Mapúa MCL-SHS Principal.
FOR Mapúa MCL ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION TRACK – APPLICANT MUST:
*Submit Application Form for Scholarship (Mapúa MCL Entrance Scholarship)
*Take the Mapúa MCL Entrance Examination on or before May 26, 2023.
*Submit Certification of Grade 12 1st Semester Weighted Average of at least 90% on or before May 26, 2023.
CONTINUITY REQUIREMENTS:
*Must be a Dean’s Lister in the previous regular term.
*Must have no student discipline record for any major offense.
*Student has rendered Peer Mentoring starting on the 2nd Curriculum year as certified by the Head of the Center for Student Advising.
BENEFITS:
*25%-50% tuition and L/F/D fees discounts for the First Term only.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Incoming Freshman student;
*belong to the Top 40 Mapúa MCL Entrance Scholarship applicants after the selection of the ETYISP grantees based on: (1) the Mapúa MCL Entrance Examination rating of at least 80%; (2) Grade 12 1st Semester Weighted Average of at least 90%.
INITIAL REQUIREMENTS:
APPLICANT MUST:
*Submit Application Form for Scholarship (Mapúa MCL Entrance Scholarship).
*Take the Mapúa MCL Entrance Examination on or before May 26, 2023.
*Submit Certification of 1st Semester Weighted Average of at least 90%.

QUALIFICATIONS:

*belong to the top 5% of the most recent Mapúa MCL SHS graduation batch who are academic honorees.

CONTINUITY REQUIREMENTS:

Recipients of this scholarship are incoming freshman and current college students qualified and selected for their potential to bring prestige, honor, and glory to Mapúa MCL as sports ambassadors and as role models of excellence and virtue through the following sports: basketball, football, baseball, and volleyball for males, and volleyball for females.

*Free sports uniform, transportation, and meal allowance during tournament games.
QUALIFICATIONS:

INITIAL REQUIREMENTS:
APPLICANT MUST:
*Undergo scheduled try-outs in March 2023 or during term breaks for the different Mapúa MCL sports and athletic teams.
CONTINUITY REQUIREMENTS:
*Continuing students must have enrolled at least a regular load in the previous regular term and passed at least 75% of enrolled units.
Winners of selected events of the annual Mapúa MCL Cup qualify for the Mapúa MCL Cup Scholarship.
Recipients of this scholarship are Mapúa MCL college students who are included in the President’s List in the previous regular term, in accordance with our New Academic Policies on Dean’s List and President’s List effective 1st Term AY 2021-2022.

*50%-100% tuition and L/F/D fees discounts for a regular term.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Must be a top spot Dean’s Lister for the academic program year level during the previous regular term.
INITIAL REQUIREMENTS:
*List of top spot Dean’s Listers for the academic program year level during the previous regular term as certified by the Student Affairs Director and approved by the Executive Vice President.
CONTINUITY REQUIREMENTS:
*Must be in the list of top spot Dean’s Listers for the academic program year level during the previous regular term as certified by the Student Affairs Director and approved by the Executive Vice President.

The Mapúa MCL Loyalty Discount is for incoming college freshman students who belong to the Mapúa MCL Senior High School (SHS)latest Grade 12 graduating class

*10% tuition fee discount for the 1st Term only.
QUALIFICATIONS:

*belong to the Mapúa MCL-SHS most recent Grade 12 graduation batch.

QUALIFICATIONS:
*First 250 Mapúa MCL-SHS graduates as incoming Mapúa MCL Freshman / UG who will be enrolling until April 15, 2023.
*First 100 Non-Mapúa MCL-SHS graduates as incoming Mapúa MCL Freshman / UG who will be enrolling until April 30, 2023.

The Mapúa MCL Loyalty Discount is for incoming college freshman students who belong to the Mapúa MCL Senior High School (SHS)latest Grade 12 graduating class
Benefits:
• 10% tuition fee discount for the First Term only.
To retain the scholarship: The recipient must have no disciplinary action imposed for a major offense during the term. Students with disciplinary record for any major offense are disqualified for the scholarship.
Recipients of this scholarship are Mapúa MCL college students who are included in the President’s List in the previous regular term, in accordance with our New Academic Policies on Dean’s List and President’s List effective 1st Term AY 2021-2022.
Benefits:
•100% tuition fee discount and L/F/D for those with Term Weighted Average (TWA) of 1.50 and above.
•50% tuition fee discount and L/F/D for those with TWA lower than 1.50.
To retain the scholarship: The recipient must have no disciplinary action imposed for a major offense during the term. Students with disciplinary record for any major offense are disqualified for the scholarship.

To retain the scholarship: The recipient must obtain a units passed percentage (UPP) of 80% (for Grade 11) or 100% (for Grade 12) in all enrolled courses during the immediately preceding semester; be in the list of students recommended for athletic scholarship by the SHS coach for his sport; and have no adverse disciplinary record.
Winners of selected events of the annual Mapúa MCL Cup qualify for the Mapúa MCL Cup Scholarship.

• The terms and conditions of the scholarship benefits are stipulated in the Mapúa MCL Cup Scholarship Certificate.
To retain the scholarship: The recipient must have no disciplinary action imposed for a major offense during the term. Students with disciplinary record for any major offense are disqualified for the scholarship.
Qualifications of Applicants are as follows:
- Currently enrolled students
- Incoming 3rd year Engineering students (preferably CE, EE, IE, ME)
- Residents of Muntinlupa, San Pedro, Biñan, Santa Rosa, Cabuyao, and Calamba
- Students with a GWA of 2.25 or higher
- Students with financial difficulty
Requirements to be submitted:
- Duly Accomplished Application Form for Scholarship
- 3rd Term Certificate of Matriculation (Certified True Copy by the Registrar’s Office)
- Barangay Certification of Residence
- Grade Certificate from the Registrar’s Office
- Certified True Copy of Latest ITR of Parent for Year 2021 (Php 500,000 or below gross annual income) or Certificate of Tax Exemption from BIR (if currently not employed)

To qualify for the YGC or Ayala Corporation Promotional Discount, a student must have a parent who has been verified and certified to be currently a regular employee of a YGC or Ayala Corporation member company.
Benefits:
• 25% tuition fee and L/F/D discounts per term
To retain the financial aid: The recipient must have no disciplinary action imposed for a major offense during the term. Financial aid may only be availed within the number of curriculum years/terms of the qualified student’s academic program.
To qualify for the Sibling Discount, a Mapúa MCL College student must be verified to be a younger sibling of another student currently enrolled at Mapúa MCL.
Benefits:
•First sibling – 10% tuition fee discount for the term
•Second sibling – 25% tuition fee discount for the term
•Third sibling – 40% tuition fee discount for the term
To retain the financial aid: The recipient must have no disciplinary action imposed for a major offense during the term.
