Submit your requirements along with your duly accomplished enrollment forms on-site or online.
Enrollees are encouraged to submit their requirements on-site for faster transactions. For those who may not be able to visit on-site, submit your enrollment forms and requirements via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our Admission advisers will get in touch.
Please refer to the list of requirements below. Kindly ensure correct and complete required documents to avoid delays.

Visit MCL for on-site submission of documents. Parents, applicants, and visitors will be requested to show their vaccination cards upon entry at MCL.
You will be issued the Generated Schedule and Assessment (GSA) after your submission of documents.
Pay the tuition fee and complete your enrollment on-site, off-site or online. You may proceed to MCL’s Treasury Office for on-site payments.

Upon validation of your payment, please wait for the copy of your Generated Schedule and Assessment (GSA) and Certificate of Matriculation. Secure your login credentials for OneMCL where you will receive emails and updates about MCL.
