The Center for Service-Learning and Community Engagement (CSCE) manages the corporate social responsibility program of Malayan Colleges Laguna (MCL) in accord with its core values of Excellence and Virtue. Inspired by the spirit of volunteerism, CSCE is inclined to bringing service to communities in need. This could be achieved through the continuous promotion and implementation of relevant service-learning and community engagement and initiatives of the institution.

At MCL, the spirit of volunteerism and civic consciousness among students, faculty, and staff are fostered through the active participation in activities organized by the CSCE. These initiatives allow CSCE to manage and further develop the social responsibility program of MCL by extending its commitment of excellence and virtue to the entire nation through various community services.
