Treasury Office

The Treasury Office (TO) is the collection arm of the School.

Among others, the TO is tasked with providing its customers – applicants, students, parents and alumni – convenient and easy access to various payment channels. The TO encourages its customers to maximize the use of electronic banking which facilitates processing and guarantees real-time crediting of transactions. On-Campus Payment Channels

The Treasury Office accepts the following modes of payment from applicants, students, parents and third parties for payment of tuition and other charges:

  • The Treasury Office accepts the following modes of payment from applicants, students, parents and third parties for payment of tuition and other charges:

Cash

  • Philippine peso and US dollar denominations only. Please note that US dollar denominations are converted to peso using the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Check Payments

  • Checks should be made payable to “MALAYAN COLLEGES LAGUNA, INC., A MAPUA SCHOOL”. Kindly write the following information at the back of the check:
  • Name of Student, Student Number, Name of Payor and Contact Number.

Credit Card Payments

  • Cardholders should personally transact and must present a valid ID Card for validation purposes.

Internet Payment Channels

Online Payment Gateway (For Mastercard and Visa debit and credit cardholders)

RCBC Online Banking

  • Follow the steps here to avail of the convenience of internet banking. Please note that this will facilitate payment of tuition fees only and requires posting of payment on the next banking day.

GCash

  • Follow the steps here for online payments via GCash. Please note that this will facilitate payment of tuition fees and other charges and requires posting of payment after 48 hours.

Bank Transfer via Mapúa MCL RCBC Account

  • Follow the steps here for bank transfer payments through Mapúa MCL’s RCBC account. Please note that this will facilitate payment of tuition fees and other charges and requires posting of payment after 48 hours.

Off-site Payment Channels

RCBC Branches (over-the-counter BILLS PAYMENT SERVICE)

  • Payments for tuition fee, back account, penalty, and other charges (document requests) are accepted via the RCBC over-the-counter Bills Payment Service. Follow the specified procedures below.

  • Fill out a green Bills Collection Slip with the following details:
    • Payment for TUITION FEE:
  • Biller’s Name: MALAYAN COLLEGES LAGUNA, INC. *
    Account Number: STUDENT NUMBER
    Policy Holder Name/Account Name: STUDENT NAME
    • Payment for BACK ACCOUNT, PENALTY and OTHER CHARGES (Document Requests):
  • Biller’s Name: MALAYAN COLLEGES LAGUNA, INC. *
    Account Number: 2020654321 **
    Policy Holder Name/Account Name: STUDENT NAME

*Please make sure to write only the correct biller’s name – Malayan Colleges Laguna – as Mapúa MCL ‘s bank account is separate and distinct from Mapua University.. 

**This Reference Number must be used as the Account Number for payments of back account, penalty, and other charges (document requests)..

  • Payment using this facility will automatically be credited on the next banking day.
