For applicants with teaching experience: Certificate of Employment from previous or current school

Additional requirements for Academic Track teacher applicants:

 Has attended training relevant to the courses in respective strand

 Has a Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) National Certificate (NC) of at least one level higher than course to be taught in subject to be taught (e.g. at least NC-III in SMAW to teach SMAW-NC-II)

Position: Systems Analyst

This position is responsible for the design of new IT systems, specifying the operations the system will perform, and the way data will be viewed by the user, present their design to all stakeholders and work closely with them to implement the solution. Analyze existing systems and review capabilities and workflow.

• Studies existing systems (software/application) used by the company to assess their completeness and accuracy in transaction processing and initiates enhancements or corrections as to improve process as required.
• Analyzes and specifies the user requirements for new business processes requiring automation or computerization using use cases and activity diagram.
• Translates the business rules into a workable design prior to application development utilizing the Software Engineering tool currently used.
• Participates in various phases of software development through analysis, review and documentation of business rules.
• Identify options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability


• Must be a Filipino citizen;
• At least Bachelor’s Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering;
• With at least one (1) year related working experience in System Analysis & Design;
• Familiar with unified modeling language, database documentation, Object-Oriented System Development Methodologies.
• Experience in .NET technology such as VB.NET, C#.NET and ASP.NET, JAVA;
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Good moral character.

Position: Network Engineer

This position is responsible for designing, installation, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of network equipment and infrastructure of the organization or between campuses. He/She maintains a reliable, secure and efficient data communication to ensure smooth network operation.

• Responsible for the design, installation, configuration and maintenance of the network and telephone equipment including interface configuration and routing protocols.
• Install, configure and maintain DNS, DHCP and Proxy servers.
• Establish network by evaluating network performance issues, availability, throughput and latency.
• Perform daily monitoring, analysis of logs and security monitoring.
• Employ policies and fine tuning or hardening as needed to ensure health and protection of all network devices and servers.
• Study and plan firmware, OS and hardware upgrade on a regular


• Must be a Filipino citizen;
• At least Bachelor’s Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent IT related programs;
• With at least one (1) year related working experience;
• At least passed CCNA 1 to 4 course;

Position: Web Developer

This position is responsible for all activities pertaining to the design and development, creation of layout, conceptualization and formation of visual appearance, design applicability, test and deliver major and minor websites of the organization. Enhancements, updates and defect resolution will be required on an ongoing basis.

• Designs and develops websites, mini sites and web pages using various web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript,, C# and JQuery, based on current trends in web design and industry best practices.
• During the design and development phase of a project, gathers information from the requesting party regarding the features and aesthetics of the website.
• Posts announcements and advisories in the website.
• Tests developed websites to check for any errors prior to deployment


• Must have a degree in any of the following: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/Bachelor of Science in Information Management/Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering;
• Must adept in web browser and web server management, knowledgeable on web development using ASP.Net and C#, solid knowledge and skills with HTML, XHTML, JavaScript and CSS, knowledgeable with web publishing and graphics software, such as Adobe Photoshop, knowledge on ASP classic and PHP is an advantage, basic decision making and problem solving skills, strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good in oral and written communication
• At least one (1) year working experience as Web Designer/Developer is an advantage.

Position: HR Manager

The position is responsible for ensuring the acquisition, maintenance, utilization, and development of the human resources of MCL including the formulation and implementation of plans, programs, and projects aimed at creating and maintaining the quality of work life for all employees.

• Designs and manages the recruitment, selection, and placement system to ensure adequate high-quality human resources at all times; develops and recommends for implementation appropriate measures for maintaining optimum productivity, continuous quality improvement and harmonious working relationships;
• Ensures integration into the organization of all employees by designing and regularly conducting a general orientation program for all new employees;
• Manages employment costs by developing and recommending to top management competitive compensation and benefits packages at reasonable costs ;
• Ensures that the legal rights of the institution as an employer are protected, defended, and enforced in all aspects of employment;
• Recommends the retention, direction, and use of external resources to provide services to the institution in the areas of human resources management and organization development;
• Conducts regular compensation and benefits surveys to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are kept updated, competitive, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements;
• Administers compensation and benefits policies including employee services and programs such as insurance, healthcare, leaves, and activities;
• Ensures that government rules and regulations on employment are properly implemented both for the protection of the employees and institution;


• Must be a Filipino citizen
• At least a bachelor’s degree preferably in management or behavioral sciences; with Master’s Degree an advantage
• At least 5 years’ experience in human resources management or equivalent professional practice
• With at least two years prior work experience in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills; capable of coaching and mentoring
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good planning and organizing skills
• Has basic knowledge of the Labor Code and CHED rules on employment

Position: Laboratory Assistant (Physics Laboratory)

Description: This position monitors and administers assigned laboratories by coordinating schedules and maintaining records and inventories and prepare requisitions on the required equipment in the laboratory.


• Must be a Filipino citizen
• Bachelor’s Degree in ECE or EE
• At least a year’s experience in the field or equivalent professional practice
• Preferably with work experience in operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Preferably with training and certification on equipment calibration.
• Preferably with training and certification on occupational safety and health
• Proficient in basic computer processes (word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software and internet navigation and email)
• Good moral character

Position: Laboratory Assistant (Chemistry Laboratory)


• Must be a Filipino citizen
• Must be a PRC licensed Chemistry Technician or Chemist
• Preferably with work experience in operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Preferably with training and certification on equipment calibration.
