2. When is the deadline for dropping?

4. When will our TOR and diploma be released?
An announcement will be posted on the MCL website once they are available. For further assistance, kindly contact the Office of the College Registrar directly.

6. When will classes for the first term of S.Y. 2018-2019 start?
As announced, classes for the first term of S.Y. 2018-2019 will start on July 23, 2018.
Treasury Office
1. What are the mode of payments when paying fees inside the campus and off-site?
For in-campus payment, we accept payment in cash, check, debit card and/or credit card. While for off-site payment, you can pay through any of our partner banks and collection agencies such as Cebuana, M Lhuillier, RCBC Savings Bank and RCBC branches nationwide.
2. Are online bank payment options available?
Yes, you may now pay your tuition fees via RCBC Online Banking. Just visit www.rcbconlinebanking.com and register to avail of the convenience of online banking.
3. How do I pay using checks?
If you are paying via check, please make check payable to Malayan Colleges Laguna, Inc. and write your name, student number and contact number on the space provided at the back of the check.
4. How do I pay using debit card and/or credit card?
Debit card and credit card payments are available only at the Cashier’s Window of the Office of the Treasurer. Please make sure that only cardholders can make the transaction using debit card and/or credit card. The cardholder is required to present a valid ID for verification purposes.
5. How can I view my account balance?
Just access your OnEMCL account and view your account balance. If you need further details just visit or call the Office of the Treasurer at Telephone No. (049) 832-4000 loc. 1112.
Office for Information Technology Services
1. What is the Parent Portal? How can I access it?
Parents may use the Parent Portal to view students’ grades, load, schedule, bills, and payments. The Parent Portal is accessible through the MCL website. In case you experience difficulties in signing up, you may contact the Office for Information Technology Services (OITS) Helpdesk directly.
2. How can I change the password of my OnEMCL account?
Kindly try using the OnEMCL Password Reset page. In case you experience problems, please visit or contact the Office for Information Technology Services (OITS).
3. I can’t access OnEMCL.

1. Where are class suspensions announced?
Class suspensions and holidays are announced via MCL’s official social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter. Please note that there will be classes unless the school announces otherwise.
