A student, on account of a failing weighted average, may be denied readmission subject to the SELECTIVE RETENTION AND READMISSION POLICIES of MALAYAN COLLEGES LAGUNA.
The GENERAL WEIGHTED AVERAGE (GWA) is the weighted average of all academic courses included in the program of study of the student taken. The GWA is computed every end of the regular term of the academic year.
The table below shows the status of the student given the GWA.

No appeal for readmission shall be entertained. Students may apply for TRANSFER to another program of another program group (see Policies and Guidelines on Shifting and Transferring). Otherwise, he/she must secure Transfer Credentials from the Office of the College Registrar.
A student who shall be denied TRANSFER to any program of any program group shall NOT be re-admitted to the College. He/she must secure transfer credentials from the Office of the College Registrar.
