1. Holder of master’s degree, to teach mainly in his major field and where applicable
2. A holder of appropriate professional license requiring at least a bachelor’s degree for the professional courses. However, in specific fields where there is dearth of holders of Master’s degree, a holder of a professional license requiring at least a bachelor’s degree may be qualified to teach
3. Excellent computer and IT related skills
4. Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
5. Excellent speaking and written communication skills
6. Teaching experience and/or any academic-related profession is an advantage
7. Good moral character
