- Duly accomplished Application Form
- Proof of candidacy for graduation (Photocopy of any of the following: current school id, report card, certificate of good moral character or certification from the high school principal stating that the applicant is a candidate for graduation)
- Two 1 ½” x 1 ½” recent identical photos with printed name and signature at the back
- Application and testing fee of Php 300.00
- The following are required for the applicants below:
- For foreign nationals: Alien Certification of Registration (ACR) or Special Study Permit
- For applicants who have graduated in high school for the previous year(s):
- Photocopy of high school report card
- Photocopy of a certification from high school principal stating that Form 137-A is still in the school file and has not been forwarded to any colleges/universities.
- For BS Marine Transportation applicants: Must pass the Ishihara Test
Examination results can be viewed online through MCL website, or can be obtained by calling the Admissions Office after three (3) working days. A notification letter will also be sent through mail
