Any student who enrolls in any
course and who subsequently pays its corresponding fees shall,
as a rule, report to and attend the class in that course from
the start of classes. Failure to do so shall mean a grade of
"8.00" (ABSENT) in the course unless he/she officially
drops it through the Office of the College Registrar and merits
a grade of "9.00" (DROPPED).
